This gathering invites us to step out of the ego mind, where we can connect ton some powerful vibrations and allow them to flow through us. 

This is an invitation to a collective opening and surrendering into the space of the heart. The sound of mantras and sacred songs can connect deeply with many of us and to the deepest parts of ourselves.

Singing/chanting, offers us a chance to bring awareness into the present, to practice deep listening and connect with sounds from the heart. 

This is not a performance. There are no expectations. This is a heart centred aspect of yoga where we can remember and reconnect to our truth. It offers us a way back to our hearts.
