Kāya Shala Yoga - Find us at Slow Roads Collective

We are located on the North Coast of KZN in South Africa.

From the N2 take exit 214 towards Salt Rock, Sheffield Beach. Drive past Tiffanys centre on your left and at the second set of robots (traffic lights) turn left towards Flag Animal Farm and Seaton. Drive along this road and take your second left hand turn down a little dirt road. There is a collection of signs where you’re meant to turn, one of which will say Slow Roads Collective and the other which says Kāya Shala. You’ll notice it is also across from Brettenwoods Main Gates. Once you are on the dirt road, take your first right into Slow Roads Collective. Park here and walk across the grass towards the forest to find Kāya Shala tucked away. If its your first time, you can ask the baristas at the cafe to point you in the right direction. They are super friendly.
