Join us for a gentle and empowering pre-natal workshop designed for expectant couples to connect, prepare, and feel supported as you move toward the transformative journey of birth.
This 3- to 4-hour session, co-facilitated by doula Laura Atkinson and mindfulness teacher Carey Would, offers a blend of practical tools and nurturing practices to support both partners — emotionally, physically, and relationally.
Together, we’ll explore:
How to offer and receive meaningful support during pregnancy and labour
Practical birthing positions and breathing techniques
Gentle yoga and movement to support the birthing body
Relaxation, mindfulness, and self-compassion practices to build calm and confidence
Held in the peaceful space of Kaya Shala, this workshop offers time to connect more deeply with each other, your baby, and the journey ahead — in a warm and supportive group setting.
No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed. All couples are welcome.
