The afternoon with Nicky invites deep rest through reflective journalling, gentle yin yoga, and a restorative Yoga Nidra practice. Together, we'll explore the practices of acceptance, contentment, and mindful presence, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and deeply restored.
